The bouquets were BEAUTIFUL and even though you all delivered flowers to my Mother in law one week earlier than I ordered, you all corrected the mistake by delivering her another bouquet on the date that I ordered which was her birthday. And I did not even get a chance to call you all to let you know that the first bouquet was delivered on the wrong date! Now that is ABOVE and BEYOND customer service and I really appreciate that in this crazy world we live in nowadays! You all are AWESOME and I will use you all every time to CELEBRATE my Mother in law. Thank you so much. God bless you all

OMG, I cannot say enough good things about this place!! I called ahead & ordered a boutonnière for my impromptu wedding, and not only was it ready in 15 minutes, it was perfect! I then asked for a small bridal bouquet to match & it too came out beautifully, just whatever I imagined. They price was very reasonable, but the service was outstanding! Thank you Maegan, my new best friend…. The wedding was perfect partly due to you!! Thank goodness for your team!!! I’ll definitely be back!!

I ordered a specific arrangement that I was unable to get made in Collierville. There was a mix up when I arrived for pick up. However, the owner went above & beyond to correct it. She apologized & said she could make the originally requested arrangement in 15 minutes. I left to do some shopping & she called me when it was ready. She added some additional touches because of the mix up. She did not have to, but she did, which I thought was excellent customer service. It seems like true customer service has gone by the wayside these days. I received an excellent product & customer service.

I ordered flowers from Twigs n Things and explained my problem and went with the custom made choice. The flowers were gorgeous, and she received them before 2 pm. Thank you so much!
