OMG, I cannot say enough good things about this place!! I called ahead & ordered a boutonnière for my impromptu wedding, and not only was it ready in 15 minutes, it was perfect! I then asked for a small bridal bouquet to match & it too came out beautifully, just whatever I imagined. They price was very reasonable, but the service was outstanding! Thank you Maegan, my new best friend…. The wedding was perfect partly due to you!! Thank goodness for your team!!! I’ll definitely be back!!

I ordered a specific arrangement that I was unable to get made in Collierville. There was a mix up when I arrived for pick up. However, the owner went above & beyond to correct it. She apologized & said she could make the originally requested arrangement in 15 minutes. I left to do some shopping & she called me when it was ready. She added some additional touches because of the mix up. She did not have to, but she did, which I thought was excellent customer service. It seems like true customer service has gone by the wayside these days. I received an excellent product & customer service.

I ordered flowers for my mother in law. We live in Indiana. A 3rd party co. I ordered from claimed they couldn’t send anything. I ordered flowers from Twigs n Things and explained my problem and went with the custom made choice. The flowers were gorgeous, and she received them before 2 pm. Thank you so much!
